Approach to GI Bleeding
This lecture will focus on the diagnostic approach to gastrointestinal hemorrhage in dogs. Difficulties in recognizing gastrointestinal hemorrhage and localizing its source will be discussed. Additionally, current recommendations for its treatment with be outlined.
Protein Losing Enteropathy in Dogs: Optimizing Outcomes
This lecture will focus on the treatment and supportive care of dogs with protein losing enteropathy. The clinical presentation of, diagnostic approach to, and underlying causes of this syndrome will also be presented.
Approach to Chronic Diarrhea in Cats
This lecture will focus on the diagnostic approach to and management strategies for cats with chronic diarrhea. Causes of chronic diarrhea in cats will be reviewed as will a staged diagnostic approach. Strategies to manage some of the common causes of feline diarrhea will also be discussed.
Tips for Treating Pancreatic Disease in Cats
This session will cover common causes of, diagnosis of, and management of pancreatitis and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency in cats.
