At Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort®, you’ll find a captivating selection of vacation rentals spanning from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay and everywhere in between. Everything from studios to 5-bedroom units, condos, homes, villas, and penthouses. Sandestin® also offers pet-friendly accommodations (one pet per unit) in select units. Pet-friendly reservations must be made by calling a reservation agent.
Please note that a minimum of 5 nights is required on beachfront accommodations and 4 nights on Luau accommodations. All room rates (with the exception of the Hotel Effie) include 2 bicycles per unit up to 4 hours of usage daily, fitness center usage, one hour per day of tennis court time (based on availability), and one hour per day usage on either a canoe, kayak, or boogie board.

Fish any of the freshwater catch and release lakes at the resort, go surf fishing, or hire a deep sea charter. Sandestin is a great catch!

There are a variety of room choices available for the Emerald Coast Veterinary Conference—from the standard hotel room (listed as studios at the Grand Sandestin) to 3 Bedroom condominiums! There are also rooms available beachside or bayside, so there’s something for everyone.

Parking at Sandestin
If you are driving (not staying at the resort)
Allow an additional 5-10 minutes in the morning to find a parking space or to go to overflow parking and walk or take a tram. There will be parking onsite at the Grand Sandestin but it normally fills up pretty quickly.
If you are staying in the Grand Sandestin Hotel
Park in the parking lot underneath the hotel to allow those not staying at the hotel to park in the lots outside the hotel.
If the parking lots adjacent to the hotel are full
There will be overflow parking areas. The Inspiration Lot is on the left immediately following the entrance to the Grand Sandestin hotel. It is a short walk to the Baytowne Conference Center from there.
Parking for Guests with Multiple Vehicles Staying at the Grand Sandestin
- All units (except a small handful of studio accommodations) are given access to The Grand Sandestin parking garage for (1) vehicle for the duration of the stay.
- Guests will be given a QR code at check in to use at the garage entrance.
- Guests with multiple vehicles or those who are staying around the property, can park in the Surface Lot utilizing their key card for access.
- The Inspiration Lot is available to guests who are not staying at the resort or as an overflow option if the Surface Lot becomes full.
